To ask the Minister for Health if her Department will reimburse the full cost of the treatment abroad scheme in-lieu of The National Rehabilitation Hospital being unable to provide for outpatient rehabilitation services in a timely manner, where the service is one that the HSE provides in Ireland and the fee charged is below the €194 cap; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
