To ask the Minister for Health if her attention has been drawn to the fact that the memory clinic in south Tipperary remains closed due to resourcing and administrative process issues; the length of time the clinic has been closed; the number of patients currently awaiting assessment and reassessment; the measures being taken to restore the service; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
