To ask the Minister for Health the reason no waiting list reduction targets have been set for orthodontic assessment and treatment in south Tipperary and the south-east for 2026 and 2027, despite waiting times of up to 82 months; whether she will now commit to introducing clear, time-bound targets; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
