To ask the Minister for Health the reason insulin pump therapy is not currently accessible to eligible type 1 diabetes patients attending Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel; whether this is due to the absence of dietetic support or other staffing deficits; the contingency arrangements in place to support high-risk diabetes patients in the interim; the steps being taken to restore full multidisciplinary diabetes services at the hospital; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
