To ask the Minister for Health if the HSE will provide details of the capital spend on permanent health infrastructure over the past ten years in GUH, the only Model 4 hospital in the west and northwest; the way in which this compares with similar spending on other model 4 hospitals across the country namely, Beaumount, Mater, st James's, Vincent's Waterford CUH and LUH; to compare this spend on a per capital basis on both the population served and hospital activity such as admissions; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
