To ask the Minister for Health the procedures for post-death financial reviews under the fair deal scheme; the reason bereaved families are asked for further financial information; whether guidelines exist to ensure sensitive communication; if complaints have been received; if more compassionate measures will be introduced; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
