To ask the Minister for Health the status of the memory clinic in Cashel, County Tipperary; the reason the clinic is not presently accepting referrals; the interim diagnostic pathway available for patients in Limerick, Tipperary and Clare who require assessment for cognitive impairment or suspected dementia; and if she will set out the HSE's plans and timelines for restoring memory clinic services in the Mid West region or establishing an alternative diagnostic service.
