To ask the Minister for Health in respect of every appointment made to a regional director of health and social care professionals, or equivalent regional HSCP leadership role, in each HSE health region, to provide the full details of the appointment process in each individual instance; whether the post was filled by open competition, confined competition, internal competition, expression of interest, direct appointment, acting-up arrangement or other mechanism; the date the competition or expression of interest opened and closed; the precise grades, staff groups or individuals to whom the opportunity was circulated; the method by which it was circulated; whether the post was advertised nationally, regionally or locally; and, where no competition or expression of interest took place, the reason no such process took place, in tabular form.
