To ask the Minister for Health the number of HSE staff at grade VII /general manager/equivalent and above against whom a dignity at work complaint was upheld who are currently employed by the HSE; the grade of the staff member concerned; the health region or national division in which they are employed; and if any such staff member was subsequently appointed, promoted or reassigned to a role involving line management of staff, in tabular form.
