To ask the Minister for Health the number of active grievance complaints under the HSE grievance procedure as of 30 April 2026, broken down by Health Region; the date each grievance was submitted; the date on which a stage one hearing was held or is scheduled to be held; the duration between submission and the stage one hearing in each instance; and the number of cases in each health region where no stage one hearing has yet taken place, in tabular form.
