To ask the Minister for Health whether her Department has engaged with the College of Psychiatrists of Ireland regarding the operation of the HSE's Single Point of Access CAMHS, CDNTs and Primary Care Services; the dates of any such engagement; whether any concerns, reservations or conditions were raised by the college in relation to the model; whether the college has indicated that it is fully supportive of the Single Point of Access, including the proposed handling of disputed referrals between CAMHS, Primary Care and Children's Disability Network Teams; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
