To ask the Minister for Health the number of complaints relating to mental health services that have been submitted through the Your Service, Your Say complaints system in each of the years 2023, 2024 and 2025; whether any audits or reviews have been carried out on these complaints, including assessments of complainant satisfaction with the resolution process; and if so, whether the findings of these audits or reviews will be published.
