To ask the Minister for Health the number of complaints relating to mental health services that have been submitted through the Your Service, Your Say complaints system in each of the past three years; whether any audits or reviews have been carried out on these complaints, including assessments of complainant satisfaction with the resolution process; if so, whether the findings of these audits or reviews will be published; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
