To ask the Minister for Health if the national women and infants health programme has issued any binding national protocols, as distinct from non-statutory guidance, governing the clinical, reporting and governance response to live births following termination of pregnancy; and if so, the date of issue and whether such protocols are subject to compliance monitoring.
