To ask the Minister for Health when she will publish the completed expert group review on the implications of the Cass Review for gender healthcare services in Ireland, given that the HSE has confirmed that the review has been completed and submitted for consideration; the policy basis for withholding this material from the Oireachtas; and the steps she is taking to ensure that all clinical and governance recommendations arising from the Cass Review are transparently communicated and implemented.
