To ask the Minister for Health the specific measures in place to retain and recruit occupational therapists in Cork, including but not limited to remote or hybrid working options, structured career progression, relocation supports, and flexible working arrangements; the evaluation carried out by his Department or the HSE on why staff are leaving Cork-based posts for emigration or ‘improved opportunities’; and if he will outline any additional actions under consideration to address these retention issues in Cork.
