To ask the Minister for Health to provide a full regional and service-level breakdown, for each year from 2019 to 2025, of the number of new clients accessing crisis-pregnancy counselling and post-abortion counselling through HSE-funded providers; and to confirm the datasets and reporting standards used by the HSE to compile these figures.
