To ask the Minister for Health if any single national system enables the HSE to identify, across all HSE-funded sites, if a healthcare worker, whether directly employed, agency or locum, who is currently on administrative leave or has been removed from placement, is subject to a criminal investigation or an unresolved patient-safety concern.
