To ask the Minister for Health further to the confirmation that no structured national data collection system exists for gender healthcare services for children and young people, whether this absence has been entered on any HSE corporate or clinical risk register; whether the updated model of care due in Quarter 4 2026 will mandate a minimum national dataset; and what interim clinical governance and safeguarding assurance applies in the absence of any such dataset. To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 713 of 28 May 2026, to name the expert clinician leading the updated Model of Care, to provide a timeline for its completion, and to confirm whether a revised job description or governance structure has been drafted to date.
