Summary
To ask the Minister for Health the mechanism which exists to compare the performance of the six regional executive officers against one another, given that responsibility for regional performance rests with the REOs individually; and if no such comparative mechanism exists, the way in which regional underperformance is identified relative to other regions rather than solely against each region’s own targets.
