To ask the Minister for Health the number of agency or locum healthcare workers who were removed from assignments within HSE-funded services due to performance, conduct, safeguarding or patient safety concerns in each of the years from 2020 to 2025; the number that were subsequently permitted to undertake assignments elsewhere within HSE-funded services; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
