To ask the Minister for Health whether any national register, exclusion list, restriction mechanism or equivalent system exists to prevent agency or locum healthcare workers who have been removed from an HSE-funded site due to performance, conduct, safeguarding or patient safety concerns from being placed at another HSE-funded site; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
