To ask the Minister for Health whether private home support providers operating under the home support authorisation scheme are subject to announced or unannounced compliance inspections; the number of compliance inspections, audits, reviews or investigations conducted in each year since the scheme commenced; the number of providers found to be non-compliant; the sanctions available to the HSE in cases of non-compliance; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
