To ask the Minister for Health whether the HSE records, at national level, the number of patients awaiting orthopaedic outpatient assessment who have not yet been placed on an inpatient or day-case surgical waiting list; and if so, the current number, broken down by hospital group and orthopaedic subspecialty.
