To ask the Minister for Health whether her Department or the HSE has conducted, commissioned or received any audit, review, report or risk assessment relating to referral acceptance, refusal or rejection practices within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services since 2020; if so, to provide details of same and any recommendations arising; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
