To ask the Minister for Health the enforcement measures in place where HSE regions exceed agency expenditure limits; the number of instances where such limits were exceeded since July 2025; and the corrective actions taken in each case. [PQ 24291/26]
To ask the Minister for Health whether a formal cost-benefit analysis has been conducted comparing long-term direct employment versus agency staffing within the public health service; if so, to provide details and findings. [PQ 32678/26]
