To ask the Minister for Health whether any internal audit, clinical audit, external review, or governance assessment has been conducted since 2020 in respect of gender identity services provided to minors, including referrals abroad where applicable; if so, to provide the date and high-level findings of such reviews; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
