To ask the Minister for Health if she will provide a report to include all maps and drawings on the findings and outcomes of the extensive public consultation process undertaken by the estates management section of the HSE (Lacken, Dublin Road, Kilkenny, relative to the future use of the grounds of the former St. Canices Hospital, Dublin Road, Kilkenny, the existing Pitch & Putt Club and HSE HQ, as a centre of excellence for recreation and outdoor activities; the date on which the decision was made by the HSE to abandon the original proposal and instead to use the site for a housing development;); the committee or entity that made the decision; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
