To ask the Minister for Health the number of persons following referral in County Louth that are currently waiting for a first appointment with the National Counselling Service to access counselling in Primary Care (CIPC); the number of these persons that have been waiting for six months ; the number of these persons that have been waiting between six and twelve months; the number that have been waiting between twelve and eighteen months; and the number that have been waiting in excess of eighteen months. -Joanna Byrne
