To ask the Minister for Health if she is aware of any information/notice or circular being issued by her Department to HSE-funded health and social care services (Residential and day care services for people with disabilities , where residents and families have concerns about potential changes to income limits on savings which may impact means test threshold to continue qualifying for Disability Allowance) pertaining to possible changes to means testing of residents in receipt of a social welfare payment; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
