To ask the Minister for Health if she will confirm whether Action 9 of the HSE Position Paper on FASD Prevention, published in September 2022, namely "Expand availability of Drug and Alcohol Liaison Midwifery Services, with access to full range of supports (including detoxification) in pregnancy" led by HSE Acute Hospitals; National Women and Infants Health Programme; HSE Social Inclusion; HSE Mental Health which was due to be completed within three years of publication, has now been completed; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
