To ask the Minister for Health the current status of plans to establish a dedicated mother and baby unit, an inpatient specialist unit where a mother can be treated for severe perinatal mental health illness together with her baby, including projected timelines for design, planning approval and opening; the sites under consideration, and any published clinical model of care; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
