To ask the Minister for Health if the target set out in Budget 2025, whereby 20% of new home support hours will be ringfenced for people living with dementia, was achieved; if there was any shortfall in the provision of dementia-specific home support hours for older people; the proportion of the target that was delivered; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
