To ask the Minister for Health to provide the scheduled days and times of all HSE and NPTF "in-sourced" procedures in 2025, from 1 January to 31 December, broken down by specialist areas in Portiuncula University Hospital (to provide evidence that all such procedures occurred outside core contracted hours of the consultants doing the insourced work (verified via consultant rosters); took place outside of core theatre and clinic hours (verified by theatre and clinic scheduling software systems) and were paid for via separate budget lines/cost centres (via financially coded payment systems)); if the patients treated via an insourcing procedure were on a validated active waiting list waiting in all cases; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
