To ask the Minister for Health her plans for residential services which are transferring from the remit of the Mental Health Commission to the Health Information and Quality Authority (St Joseph's ID services, St Ita's,Portrane)) and the way in which she will ensure that decisions regarding the future accommodation arrangements for disabled people in these residences are made in accordance with the will and preference of the disabled person.
