To ask the Minister for Health the approved level of agency spending for the HSE and across its service divisions, or otherwise at the most granular level reportable, in tabular form; the relevant targets, including overall spending levels and reduction targets, in nominal and percentage terms; if the data cannot be provided by service department; the reason this is not available and whether there are active plans to make this available; and, if so, when it is planned to make it available.
