To ask the Minister for Health the number of ambulance callouts which were responded to in 2024 and 2025 where the person was deceased by the time of ambulance arrival on scene; the response time of the ambulances concerned; the number of investigations conducted into late arrivals of ambulances where a person was deceased by the time the ambulance arrived at a scene, by region in tabular form; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
