To ask the Minister for Health the number of ambulance callouts which were responded to in 2024 and 2025 where the person was deceased by the time the ambulance had reached the hospital, by region; the response time of the ambulances concerned; the number of investigations conducted into late arrivals of ambulances where a person was deceased by the time the ambulance arrived at a hospital, in tabular form; and if she will make a statement on the matter. -David Cullinane
