To ask the Minister for Health if temporary capital infrastructure will be required for patient safety and continuity of care during a sporting event ( Ryder Cup given the significant capacity and patient safety pressures identified in the HIQUA review of urgent and emergency care capacity in the midwest, and the ongoing overcrowding at UHL); and if she will make a statement on the matter.
