Summary
To ask the Minister for Health if agency workers working as health care assistants who are not employed directly by the HSE will be entitled to basic protections such as sick pay or guaranteed hours (They play a vital role in supporting some of the most vulnerable members of our communities. It is only fair that they are afforded the same basic employment protections as their colleagues doing the same job under direct HSE employment.).
