To ask the Minister for Health whether compensation payments are being offered to victims of the 2021 cyber-attack on HSE systems; whether all eligible recipients have been contacted or whether further are to be contacted; the qualifying criteria for payments; the overall structure; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
