To ask the Minister for Health the number of counselling and psychotherapy sessions available through a programme (MyMind programme in 2026 ) in 2026 for individuals impacted by defective concrete; the number of appointments allocated nationally and per county; the number of individuals who can avail of the service in each participating county; whether the service is available online or via in person consultation; and whether there are plans to establish a permanent in-person clinic in County Donegal; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
