To ask the Minister for Health to advise the up-to-date position regarding land to the rear of the rear carpark at Monaghan Hospital, previously believed to be in the ownership of the Hospital/HSE but for some time now in disputed title; when she expects a final determination as to the title and the result; if she is still committed to extending the existing rear carpark at the hospital providing badly needed additional carparking spaces for existing service users and with the prospect of additional services locating at Monaghan Hospital in the future; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
