To ask the Minister for Health if her attention has been drawn to the use of the drug fampyra with regard to treating of ataxia within other EU member states; if consideration has been given to facilitating similar usage within Ireland; if so, the current status of any such considerations; the steps that a person can take to access fampyra for such treatment; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
