To ask the Minister for Health whether there are any age-related restrictions or exclusions applied by providers under the ESAIS; the pathways available for referral of adolescent patients where consultants require a named surgeon in advance under the ESAIS; if she will outline the steps being taken to ensure that young patients are not excluded from accessing timely and appropriate care under the scheme; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
