To ask the Minister for Health whether the HIPE’s case mix system is tracking the cost of every dialysis session provided per in-patient stay; if not, if it is assigning an assumed cost per dialysis session per in-patient stay, thus underestimating the cost of kidney disease treatment; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
