To ask the Minister for Health the planning for and location of new dialysis units and additional dialysis capacity in existing units (given that there has typically been an annual increase of approximately 3% in the number of people requiring dialysis each year, (equivalent to two new dialysis units every year); and if she will make a statement on the matter.
