To ask the Minister for Health if payment rates will be reviewed in respect of the provision of a service (I understand that the Home Support Grant of the HSE is calculated at the rate of €13.88 per hour; if this payment will be increased to reflect the current minimum wage rate of €14.15 per hour); taking into account the present rate of minimum wage payment; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
