To ask the Minister for Health the steps being taken to support community-based Health Care Assistants (HCAs) in County Clare who are facing significant financial hardship due to rising fuel costs; if she will conduct an urgent review of the current mileage and travel allowance rates to ensure they reflect the actual costs incurred by frontline staff, particularly in rural areas where travel distances can exceed 40km per client visit; if she will consider specific financial relief or fuel subsidies for these key workers; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
