To ask the Minister for Health the number of incidents reported to the State Claims Agency which related to the Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy) Act 2018, per year from 2019 to 2025, specifically incidents causing harm, broken down by severity, other reported incidents including near miss; the number of complaints by service users/patients; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
